Dental Pods

Here are some of the benefits of Dental Pods:

Any dental appliance that is not cleaned properly can become a breeding ground for bacteria, plaque and other pathogens posing a serious risk to those wearing it, as well as looking cloudy and dull.

The science behind the magic

The Dental pod uses high-frequency 42,000 hz ultrasonic waves to vibrate the solution and produce millions of nano-scale bubbles. These bubbles rapidly expand and collapse, releasing a large amount of energy, continuously scouring and smashing the grime, bacteria and plaque while being non-abrasive to your dental appliance. This action, called ‘cavitation’ occurs on average 4000 times per second, so all surfaces and gaps are continuously cleaned leading to a short but thorough cleaning cycle.

Ultrasonic cleaning technology is safe and reliable and has been widely used in laboratory, commercial, industrial and other fields for decades.

Dental Monitoring

How does it work?

With the DentalMonitoring app and ScanBox pro, you can now send in photos of your teeth and communicate with your practice securely from the comfort of your home — or anywhere in the world.

  1. At an in-person appointment with your practice, your doctor will provide you with directions on how to use the ScanBox pro and how to get started using the DM app.
  2. Next, you’ll take photos of your smile from anywhere using the ScanBox pro (at the frequency your doctor recommends) and send them in through the app.
  3. Your doctor will receive your photos to review your treatment and ensure it’s on track without the need for unnecessary trips to the office. They also will send communication and guidance on your treatment via the app.
  4. Over time, you can monitor the progress of your treatment with our photo time lapse technology that shows you how your teeth are moving towards your goal

Give us a call to see how we can incorporate Dental Monitoring into your treatment!
